INFORMATION ON PROCESSING OF VISITORS\u2019 PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF CURRENT REGULATIONS (\u201cPRIVACY STATEMENT TO VISITORS\u201d)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

1. The data controller<\/strong><\/p>\n

FIERE DI PARMA SPA with headquarters in Via delle Esposizioni 393\/A \u2013 43122 Parma (PR) \u2013 Vat no. 00162790349, hereinafter \u201cController\u201d, provides to the \u201cData subject\u201d, information on the purposes and methods of processing personal data (\u201cData\u201d) concerning him or her in accordance with the requirements of current regulations.<\/p>\n

Data Protection Officer:<\/strong>\u00a0The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be contacted for any information and request by mail at\u00a0privacy@fiereparma.it<\/a><\/p>\n

2. Purposes
\n<\/strong>The Data supplied by the Data subject, including through the completion of special forms, is used for the fulfilment of the following purposes:<\/p>\n

A) MANDATORY
\ni. registration of entry and management of access authorisation;
\nii. obligations regarding participation in the show, provision of associated services and fulfilment of administrative, bookkeeping and tax related requirements;
\niii. security reasons.<\/p>\n

B) OPTIONAL
\ni. provision of information services subsequent to the show; marketing and\/or customer satisfaction, including through partners, exhibitors, organisers and\/or operators involved in the show<\/p>\n

3. Method<\/strong>
\nData processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and minimisation of data; it will be carried out, using both manual and automated means, by internal or external staff who have been specifically authorised through contract clauses and appropriately trained. The Data Controller will put in place technical and organisational measures appropriate to the level of risk.<\/p>\n

4. Communication to categories of recipients<\/strong>
\nThe Data will be communicated to:
\n\u2022 Purpose point 2 A) \u2013 service partners needed for participation in the exhibition, as well as for fulfilment of normal administrative\/bookkeeping functions and for the security of the event;
\n\u2022 Purpose point 2B) \u2013 partners, exhibitors, organisers, operators involved in the exhibition on the basis of interests shown during the event for their independent processing, for which the Data Controller cannot be responsible; to marketing companies specifically authorised and trained by the Data Controller for customer satisfaction activities regarding the event.<\/p>\n

5. Storage period<\/strong>
\nData concerning the Data Subject will be stored for a period of 10 years, in case of non use of the data, or until the Data Subject\u2019s refusal: this can be expressed at any time, as further explained in the section on \u201crights of the data subject\u201d.<\/p>\n

6. Data transfer outside the EU<\/strong>
\nThere are no structured transfers of Data to non-European countries. For some organizational needs it is possible that cloud services are activated located outside the EU, in these cases it will be the responsibility of the Data Controller to comply with all the provisions of Chapter V of the 2016\/679 EU Regulation in order to ensure an adequate level of protection. If possible, priority will always be given to countries declared adequate by the European Commission or that have provided appropriate mechanisms (EU-US Privacy Shield)<\/p>\n

7. Rights of the data subject<\/strong>
\nThe data subject has the right to request from the Data Controller access to data, rectification or erasure of such data as well as restriction of or objection to processing.
\nFor more information on your specific rights as a data subject, and on how to exercise them, please send an email to privacy@fiereparma.it or write to the Data Controller\u2019s address, specifying your request and indicating the address where you would like to receive the reply.<\/p>\n

8. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority<\/strong>
\nIf you believe that processing of data concerning you violates your dignity, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant Supervisory Authority.<\/p>\n

9. Nature of provision and consent<\/strong>
\nThe provision of Data for the purposes under point 2 A) is MANDATORY for the fulfilment of obligations and services connected with participation in the Show, with the supply of associated services and fulfilment of administrative, bookkeeping and tax related requirements. A refusal will make it impossible for Fiere di Parma S.p.A. to admit the visitor to the Show and to provide the associated services. Consent to processing for the purposes under point 2 B) is always optional.<\/p>\n

10. Photos Videos<\/strong>
\nWe are hereby informing you that by accessing the exhibition grounds, you accept the possibility of being accidentally filmed by audiovisual equipment belonging to various subjects. Considering the characteristics of this type of event, we cannot guarantee exclusion from such activities. Fiere di Parma too may produce short films featuring the various shows, sometimes for reporting purposes, and it may occur that identifiable subjects are accidentally filmed. Any photos or videos taken by the Data Controller will always be checked before publication to ensure that the possible impact on the visitor\u2019s personal data is as limited as possible.<\/p>\n
