Map Star the World é un progetto intinerante iniziato nel 2021. L'artista ha mappato con Hololens 2, visore di ultima generazione, architetture e paesaggi in giro per l'Europa. Dal mapping sono state prodotte le foto di ciasacun luogo. Durante la fiera, il visitatore potrà indossare durante Hololens2 e sperimentare la propria visione della realtà circostante attraverso il software UM (Unità Marsiglia).

Map Star the World is an immersive project that began in 2021. The artist mapped architecture and landscapes around Europe with Hololens 2. A series of photos shot with Hololens are exhibited too. In addition, the visitor will be able to wear Hololens 2 during the fair and experience his/her own vision of the surrounding reality through the UM (Marseille Unit) software inside.

Vincenzo Marsiglia nasce nel 1972 a Belvedere Marittimo (CS). Consegue all’Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera di Milano la laurea in Pittura. Ha iniziato ad esporre a metà degli anni ’90, partecipando a mostre presso gallerie, fiere e musei in Italia e all’estero. Le sue opere si sviluppano partendo da una stella a quattro punte chiamata UM (Unità Marsiglia) che diventa nel tempo il suo carattere distintivo, un vero e proprio modulo espressivo. Marsiglia è uno dei precursori in Italia dell'uso di strumenti tecnologici combinato con la pittoricità segnica che ha portato all'attuale filone phygital, cercando l'interazione del pubblico con l'opera stessa.

Vincenzo Marsiglia was born in 1972 in Belvedere Marittimo (CS). He graduated in Painting from the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan. He began exhibiting in the mid-1990s, participating in exhibitions at galleries, fairs and museums in Italy and abroad. His works develop from a four-pointed star called UM (Marseille Unit) which over time becomes his distinctive character, a true expressive module. Marseille is one of the precursors in Italy of the use of technological tools combined with sign pictoriality that led to the current phygital genre, seeking public interaction with the work itself
