Questa immagine ripercorre cinque anni di momenti unici nel mondo del Teatro alla Scala di Milano: dalla Prima della Tosca alla trasformazione del Teatro durante la pandemia, dalla Sinfonia dei Mille, assente da oltre cinquant’anni, all’orchestra davanti a Salome senza pubblico. Dai miglioramenti acustici ai nuovi tablet, il lavoro fa parte del progetto FLUX, in cui il tempo fotografico si dilata e diventa flusso, raccontando una storia quasi onirica fatta di regole, abitudini e uso dello spazio.

This image retraces five years of unique moments within the world of Teatro alla Scala in Milan: from the opening night of Tosca to the theatre’s transformation during the pandemic, from the Symphony of a Thousand, absent for over fifty years, to the orchestra facing Salome performed without an audience. From acoustic improvements to new tablets, the work is part of the FLUX project, in which photographic time expands and becomes a flow, telling an almost dreamlike story shaped by rules, habits, and the use of space.
